As Head of External Fraud Strategy, you will define how fraud prevention protects customer trust, product integrity, and sustainable revenue across our UK and international online gambling products. This is a 1st Line of Defence, outcomes-owned role with real accountability in live production environments - not policy, oversight, or reporting.
You’ll operate as a senior, hands-on fraud practitioner, designing and running proportionate, compliant and disciplined controls that stop abuse early, minimise customer harm, and enable genuine customers to play with confidence and minimal friction.
What you will be doing:
- Own fraud outcomes end-to-end across products and markets, with accountability for loss reduction, customer harm prevention, and avoided exposure in live environments.
- Design and evolve fraud strategy and controls hands-on, translating real fraud risks.
