Here at evoke, we are looking for an econometrician in Leeds or London that is keen to develop the next generation of marketing intelligence solutions for our business. The business requires constant insight generation via MMM to support a range of marketing decisions and you will help to create and deliver new ways of working to meet this need. Here you will help us automate our data collection and processing, modelling, and reporting efforts to deliver this pipeline of insights. You will also support ad-hoc projects from start-to-finish meeting the needs of our key stakeholders.
What you will be doing:
- Creating and implementing our next generation solution of MMM
- Deploying and maintaining econometric models for different brands and markets
- Working with internal stakeholders and support functions across evoke, as well as external partners
- Driving marketing efficiency and improvements through optimisation and scenario planning
- Building and maintaining marketing optimisation tools, interactive dashboards, and process automation required to build a best-in-class internal econometrics capability.
Who we are looking for:
- MMM experience from a media agency or consultancy, or in-house from a relevant industry with a numerate degree such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer science at undergraduate or postgraduate level
- Experience in Python or R, and SQL as well as having advanced Excel skills allowing for modelling, data processing, and post-processing analysis
- Experience delivering presentations.
- You have a working understanding of the media planning and buying landscape and how MMM can drive more effective marketing plans
- Excellent communication skills, you're self-motivated, not only results orientated but also a critical thinker who can easily explain complex topics in simple terms to stakeholders and colleagues.
