The UK Compliance team, part of the Risk and Intelligent Automation Function, ensures the business adheres to regulatory standards, driving compliance and customer success. This role, within the second line of the company’s three lines of defence risk management model, will support management to manage regulatory compliance risks and oversee the first line of defence. The position plays a key role in promoting a culture of integrity and compliance across both retail and online licensed entities.
What you will be doing- Support the Regulatory Compliance Manager and team with day-to-day admin tasks and keeping compliance records up to date
- Help prepare and share reports, audit results, and other compliance documents
- Keep customer records (like KYC and AML) organised and make sure they meet data protection rules like GDPR
- Gather documents needed for audits, checks, and internal reviews
- Track compliance steps during customer onboarding and work with teams to make sure actions are completed on time
- Flag any issues or delays to the right teams or managers
- Help get everything ready for audits and follow up on any actions that come out of them
- Assist with creating reports, updating dashboards, and sharing updates on compliance changes across the business
- Experience in compliance, legal, or risk management roles within a heavily regulated sector, ideally within the betting and gaming industry
- Knowledge of LCCP, AML/CTF requirements, GB and Gibraltar licensing, and experience with compliance assessments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead compliance programs and teams
- Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
