Making sure our customers have the best experience in our shops is a real team effort, and as Cluster Operations Manager, you\’ll be a key part of this.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Lead, motivate, and develop Team Leaders within a cluster of shops to uphold brand standards and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Develop and implement tactical plans focusing on operational excellence and fostering a positive working environment.
- Direct day-to-day activities across your cluster, helping Team Leaders grow market share, increase turnover, and meet targets.
- Ensure the delivery of business objectives through your team, staying informed on key information and communicating effectively.
- Collaborate with your teams and Area Manager on strategies and initiatives.
- Spend time in your shops listening to feedback and acting as a communication channel between shops and support teams.
- Support the licensing objectives of the Gambling Commission and promote a safer gambling environment.
- Contribute to making William Hill a desirable workplace by hiring, developing, and engaging staff.
- Create employee engagement plans based on insights and feedback to improve colleague experience and strengthen team engagement.
