As an Affiliate Manager, you’ll take ownership of building and growing a high-performing affiliate portfolio across multiple leading brands. You’ll be at the forefront of partnership development driving revenue, spotting opportunities, and shaping strategies that deliver measurable impact. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where creativity meets analytics, and relationships turn into results.

What you will be doing:
  • Identify, recruit, and activate new affiliates while re-engaging existing partners
  • Build strong, long-term relationships across multiple product verticals
  • Negotiate competitive commercial deals and optimise partnership performance
  • Monitor and analyse affiliate activity daily to maximise ROI and hit KPIs
  • Identify new traffic sources and growth opportunities
  • Ensure all affiliate content is accurate, compliant, and localised
  • Conduct regular site reviews to maintain high-quality brand representation
  • Represent the business at international industry events and conferences
