The Role:

You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering a high-quality customer experience. Responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a primary contact for customer queries via phone and email
  • Managing and processing client orders accurately
  • Supporting onboarding for new customers
  • Assisting with billing, credit control, and account queries
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Providing general administrative support across the team

The Candidate:

  • You must have previous experience in a customer service role
  • Experience in credit control is advantageous
  • Ability to commute 5 days a week to Emersons Green (Bristol)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
