The Role:
You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering a high-quality customer experience. Responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a primary contact for customer queries via phone and email
- Managing and processing client orders accurately
- Supporting onboarding for new customers
- Assisting with billing, credit control, and account queries
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems

The Candidate:
- You must have previous experience in a customer service role
