An established and fast-growing company within the construction services and waste management sector is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead and develop a high-performing sales team including account managers and business development managers. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for driving revenue growth, shaping sales strategy, and managing both new business and account management functions.
