The Role
As Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the branch, ensuring operational efficiency, financial performance and exceptional customer service.
You’ll lead and develop the team while identifying opportunities to grow revenue and strengthen existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop the branch team to achieve operational and financial targets.
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient workflows and outstanding customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and contractors.
- Manage quotations, project delivery and customer expectations from enquiry through to completion.
- Oversee purchasing, logistics and stock control.

- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the region.

About You
You’ll be a confident leader with previous experience managing a branch, depot or service operation.

- Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills.
