We are seeking experienced MMA Welders to join our team at Hinkley Point C, one of the UK's largest infrastructure projects. This role requires strong technical skills and a clear understanding of site welding procedures.
Please note: Applications must include valid MMA welding certification to BS EN ISO 9606-1, covering all positions and material thicknesses. Ensure all work complies with WHL quality and HSE standards.
- NVQ Level 2 in Fabrication & Welding (or equivalent recognised apprenticeship)
- MMA welding certifications (BS EN ISO 9606-1) – all positions & thicknesses
- CSCS Skilled Worker Card – Welder (NVQ Level 2+)
- CCNSG Safety Passport (or valid CSCS)
- Experience with NDT-compliant welding, preferably in nuclear, offshore, or heavy industry
- Ability to read and interpret welding procedures and technical drawings
- Competence in arc air gouging and visual inspection
- IPAF (MEWP) Licence
- City & Guilds – Fabrication & Welding
