The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
We are looking for Steel Erectors to become part of the site-based teams. Please note that although we are based in Somerset, this role does involve working and staying away on site at locations anywhere in the UK, on a weekly basis. Please do not apply for this position if you are not able to work and stay away from home Monday-Friday.
Your day to day duties will include:
- Working as a part of our site-based teams installing steel framed buildings
- Use of MEWP's
- Understanding general arrangement and elevation drawings
- Travel or lodge near to site
- Working as part of a small team
- Installing precast concrete plank and stairs as required
- Landing of metal decking packs as required
To be considered for the Steel Erectors position, you will need the following:
- CSCS card (preferred)
- Previous experience of working outside (preferred)
- Work well on own initiative and as part of a team
- Positive attitude to safety and quality
- Looking to learn attitude
- Punctual and reliable
Full training in all aspects of steelwork erection will be given.
