Trainee Estate Agent

Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is looking for a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent (Sales Negotiator) to join our successful William H Brown residential sales team in Huddersfield.

This is an entry‑level role designed to develop you into a fully‑fledged estate agency professional. You will learn every aspect of the estate agency model through a structured, industry‑leading development and training programme, setting you up and providing exposure to diverse pathways across the business, including Sales, Lettings, Mortgage Services, Land, New Homes, and other specialist services, allowing you to control your career.

£25k Basic Salary with Uncapped Commission | Clear Career Progression

In this role, you will help people find their dream home while building a rewarding career in property. With full training provided, you will:

  • Generate and book property valuations
  • Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers
  • Negotiate offers and agree on sales
  • Maximise every opportunity to arrange appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey

To be successful as a Trainee Estate Agent, you will:
