At William H Brown, part of the Connells Group, we\’re looking for a highly motivated Estate Agent to join as a Lettings Property Lister complementing our fantastic residential lettings team in branch in Long Sutton.

Key responsibilities
The main purpose of the role is to win listings and gain new instructions for properties to market whilst ensuring every customer is greeted in a friendly, positive and enthusiastic manner in an attempt to build rapport.
Skills and experience required
- Estate Agency experience preferably a Lister, Valuer or a Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent looking for progression
- Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
- Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- A Full UK driving licence
