Responsibilities- Lead the Halstead residential sales team and drive performance and growth.
- Motivate, coach and develop team members to achieve high standards of service and results.
- Engage in property valuation and listing activity and maintain strong local relationships.
- Foster a culture of professionalism, progression and success and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within estate agency.

- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Numerate, detail-focused and results-driven.
- Full UK driving licence.
