William H Brown is seeking an experienced Lettings Coordinator with strong property management experience to support our busy Lettings team in Grays, Essex. This in‑branch role is ideal for someone who can confidently conduct property inspections, deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants, and provide expert support across all aspects of tenancy and property management.

What You’ll Do
- Act as a central point of contact for property management queries from branches, landlords, tenants, and internal teams.
- Provide expert advice on tenancy matters, property compliance, and relevant legislation.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure landlord obligations are met.
- Maintain and update the approved contractor register, ensuring all qualifications and documents are current.
- Oversee maintenance works, renewals and customer service actions, ensuring everything is completed on time.
- Monitor invoices, tenancy agreements, and inspection reports to maintain service level standards.
- Support more complex tenancy or property management cases, working closely with landlords, tenants, internal teams, and the Letting Services Centre.
What We’re Looking For
- Property management or lettings experience (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident, calm and solutions‑focused under pressure
- Excellent negotiation, organisational and planning abilities
- A strong team player with good analytical skills
