Your Role:
As Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance and growth of our Bedford residential sales team. You will lead from the front by motivating, coaching and developing a high-performing team, driving results and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
You will take an active role in valuing and listing properties, building strong local relationships and embedding a culture of professionalism, progression and success. This is a hands-on leadership role with clear career pathways and long-term opportunities.

- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within estate agency
- A strong people leader with a passion for coaching and development
- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Customer-focused, resilient, organised and commercially minded
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills

- Full UK driving licence
