At William H Brown, part of the Connells Group, we're looking for a highly motivated Apprentice Lettings Administrator to support our fantastic team in branch in Norwich. As our Apprentice Letting Administrator you will take ownership of office administration accurately and efficiently and in a professional manner, within a busy customer facing environment.

Key responsibilities of a Apprentice Lettings Administrator
The main purpose of this role is to manage our move ins which will include creating the tenancy paperwork, liaising with tenants to ensure their referencing is completed as quickly as possible, ensuring all the safety certificates are in place & helping our tenants and landlords with any queries they may have during the process.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Apprentice Lettings Administrator
- Experience as an Administrator / Customer Service or similar role
- Customer focussed and comfortable in a client facing role
- Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented
- Organised and able to prioritise workload in a faced paced environment
