You’ll work closely with Finance, Customer Management and the PMO to ensure all initiatives are coordinated, well‑governed and delivered effectively. Please note this role is offered initially on a 2 year FTC basis.

  • Creating and maintaining the O2C process taxonomy and ensuring alignment with the William Grant Way.
  • Using activity analysis to establish baseline costs and insights that inform future design and transformation work.
  • Developing workstream goals and shaping the initiatives required to deliver them, supported by clear execution plans.
  • Identifying risks, dependencies and issues across the O2C landscape and ensuring they are proactively managed or resolved.
  • Assessing resource and budget requirements and helping mobilise the appropriate teams to deliver the roadmap.
  • Acting as the O2C Subject Matter Expert for the IFS rollout, ensuring consistent processes, controls and ways of working across all implementations.
  • Designing the multi‑year O2C transformation roadmap, ensuring all projects follow established governance and secure necessary approvals.
  • Developing standardised O2C KPIs and ensuring they are measured consistently across global sites.
  • Maintaining a continuous improvement mindset and identifying opportunities to streamline and strengthen the end‑to‑end O2C process.
  • Ensuring effective change management and communication activities underpin all O2C initiatives.
  • Leading the organisation’s efforts to analyse the drivers of working capital performance, identify key levers for improvement and implement the resulting action plans.
