You’ll play a pivotal role in modernising how the organisation records, reports and interprets financial information, working closely with Finance, Group Financial Control and the PMO to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Please note this role is offered initially on a 2 year FTC basis.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Defining the systems, tools and applications needed to support high‑quality R2R activities across the organisation.
  • Creating and maintaining the R2R process taxonomy and ensuring alignment to the William Grant Way.
  • Using activity analysis insights to establish baseline costs and inform future process improvements.
  • Setting workstream goals and developing the initiatives required to achieve them, alongside detailed execution plans.
  • Identifying key risks, dependencies and issues across the R2R landscape and ensuring they are escalated, mitigated or resolved.
  • Assessing resource and budget requirements and supporting mobilisation of the necessary teams to deliver the roadmap.
  • Acting as the R2R Subject Matter Expert for the IFS rollout, ensuring consistent processes, controls and ways of working across all implementations.
  • Developing a multi‑year roadmap for the R2R workstream, ensuring all initiatives follow established governance and secure appropriate approvals.
  • Designing and introducing standard R2R KPIs to measure performance across all operational locations.
  • Maintaining a continuous improvement lens to identify opportunities to streamline, harmonise and strengthen the end‑to‑end R2R process.
  • Ensuring effective change management and communications support all R2R initiatives, enhancing adoption and clarity across the business.
About You

You’re a detail‑oriented, structured professional with strong knowledge of accounting, controls and financial reporting. You enjoy designing scalable processes, solving operational challenges and creating clarity in complex financial environments. You’re confident working as a subject matter expert and thrive in transformation settings where your influence helps shape the future state of finance. You communicate clearly, collaborate well across functions and take pride in delivering high‑quality, well‑governed solutions.

This Role Would Suit Someone with:

  • A finance professional who has contributed to process standardisation or ERP transformation projects.
  • An analytical thinker who thrives on improving accuracy, efficiency and control in core finance processes.
  • A strong communicator who can collaborate effectively across Finance, Technology and the wider organisation.
