We’re on the lookout for two Packaging Team Members to join our spirited crew and help us deliver excellence with every drop. At William Grant & Sons, we don’t just craft world renowned spirits we craft legacies. What you’ll be doing

  • Safely operate production line assets to meet quality standards and legislative compliance.
  • Uphold rigorous safety and quality practices aligned with ISO 9001, HACCP, environmental and HMRC requirements.
  • Optimise line performance to ensure consistent, efficient output and raise improvement opportunities.
  • Execute smooth changeovers with a “right first time” mindset.
  • Perform regular quality checks and take corrective action when needed.
  • Conduct basic maintenance and safety checks to keep your workspace safe and organised.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and GMP through scheduled housekeeping tasks.
  • Actively contribute to team meetings, strategy sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive performance across key KPI’s, safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Champion our commitment to diversity and inclusion, helping foster a culture where every voice is valued and every legacy is personal.
