This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing technical EPM Planning team and grow your Oracle EPM Cloud experience. The role of the EPM Planning Developer is to facilitate the successful working of the Oracle EPM Planning system to achieve WG&S’s Business Planning and Budgeting requirements. Please note that this is a 12-month FTC.
What you will be doing:
- Your main responsibilities will involve developing a deep understanding of WG&S’s Business Planning & Budgeting processes within the internal markets operating model.
- Collaborating with the EPM Planning team, you will translate business requirements into technical specifications, creating and maintaining business rules, forms, and task lists.
- You will also be responsible for implementing and managing data integration processes, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
- As part of a supportive team, you will work closely with users throughout the budgeting and forecasting cycles, adapting to evolving business needs.
- Sharing your expertise, you will provide training and guidance to help users effectively leverage Oracle EPM technology.
- To ensure continuity and efficiency, you will document system and process changes, developing both technical and end-user resources.

Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in Hyperion/Oracle EPM Planning development with 1+ years’ hands-on EPM Cloud experience.
- Thorough understanding of Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting processes.
- Experienced in developing business rules.
- Proficient in Groovy scripting.
- Proficient in SQL, Jython, batch scripting and EPM Automate.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
