The purpose of this role is to execute the On Trade sales vision and strategy in alignment with William Grant & Sons\’ long-term plans, delivering budgeted performance and activating brands as a Premium Partner of Choice. The role involves delivering budget performance within guidelines, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability while maintaining brand equity and value. Main Responsibilities The key responsibility is to develop customer account plans (CAP) aligned with Brand Plans and Channel strategy to achieve activation, distribution, volume, and profit targets. Maximize distribution, activation, and visibility of products based on Route to Consumer Segmentation. Collaborate with leadership to integrate Brand and Account Plans, targeting appropriate brands and investments to the right consumers and outlets. Our Ideal Candidate Experience managing regional accounts, preferably in the On Trade sector, with strong influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels. Good numeracy and IT skills, with data insight capabilities. Strong problem-solving skills to identify strategic opportunities.
