The EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) Route to Consumer Head will lead the route to consumer capability, process and systems implementation and embedding across the markets within the region.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the EMEA team developing an action plan in close collaboration with the leadership team across the regions.
  • Responsible for driving distribution, outlet standards and quality activation to meet budget targets.
  • Support assessment, target setting, performance management, partnership and integration with third party distributor markets.
  • Bring functional subject matter experts to improve and embed capability systematically across the business.
  • Develop talent in cross-functional teams.
