This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Commercial Finance team and contribute directly to the financial performance of the Northern & Southern Europe, UK & I and France region. You will work closely with commercial partners, distributors and crossâfunctional teams to ensure the accuracy, integrity and reliability of our financial data â enabling the business to make confident, timely and wellâinformed decisions. This role offers broad variety, endâtoâend operational responsibility, and high visibility across multiple distinctive markets.
What You Will Be Doing
- Manage Purchase Orders and invoices for the NESE region â ensuring spend is correctly coded, approved on time and any AP or GRNI issues are resolved quickly.
- Support Advertising & Promotion spend processes, including validating spends, maintaining the APCD commitment files with distributors and ensuring complete, accurate supporting evidence.
- Maintain accurate depletions reporting by consolidating and uploading monthly distributor data, checking data quality and supporting Commercial with clear stock and depletion updates.
- Help deliver monthâend, including preparing journals, running core reports and supporting the Finance Analyst to ensure timely, accurate regional submissions.
- Support planning cycles (Budget, Forecasts) by completing data uploads, checking integrity and helping with variance analysis.

You will bring strong attention to detail, be comfortable navigating different financial systems and enjoy supporting commercial teams through clear explanations and reliable data. You proactively manage deadlines â consistently delivering on time â while confidently challenging, following up and communicating directly with stakeholders, and effectively balancing conflicting priorities to ensure issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. This role requires accuracy, curiosity and the confidence to ensure our processes run smoothly and our data maintains the highest standard of integrity.
