Are you ready to lead at the forefront of spirit production? We’re looking for an experienced and driven Operations Leader to oversee distillery operations at our iconic Girvan Distillery home to world-renowned brands like Grant’s Whisky, The Famous Grouse, and Hendrick’s Gin.

Your Role: Distilleries Process Leader

As a key member of the senior site leadership team, you’ll lead the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality production processes across our distillation operations. You’ll work alongside skilled teams, contribute to major capital projects, and embrace cutting-edge technologies that redefine premium spirit production

Main Responsibility

  • Lead daily operations across distilling processes to ensure optimal performance and output
  • Champion health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Support the development and execution of short, medium, and long-term site strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and coach your leadership team, fostering a culture of excellence
  • Monitor KPIs and provide strategic insights to production planning
  • Support innovation and trials of new equipment and techniques
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal standards
