You’ll work closely with Finance, Customer Management and the PMO to ensure all initiatives are coordinated, well‑governed and delivered effectively. Please note this role is offered initially on a 2 year FTC basis.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Leading the development of a future‑state operating model for Order to Cash processes, collaborating with customer management and billing teams.
  • Defining the tools, systems and applications required to support efficient and standardised O2C operations.
  • Creating and maintaining the O2C process taxonomy and ensuring alignment with the William Grant Way.
  • Using activity analysis to establish baseline costs and insights that inform future design and transformation work.
  • Developing workstream goals and shaping the initiatives required to deliver them, supported by clear execution plans.
  • Identifying risks, dependencies and issues across the O2C landscape and ensuring they are proactively managed or resolved.
  • Assessing resource and budget requirements and helping mobilise the appropriate teams to deliver the roadmap.
  • Acting as the O2C Subject Matter Expert for the IFS rollout, ensuring consistent processes, controls and ways of working across all implementations.
  • Designing the multi‑year O2C transformation roadmap, ensuring all projects follow established governance and secure necessary approvals.
  • Developing standardised O2C KPIs and ensuring they are measured consistently across global sites.
  • Maintaining a continuous improvement mindset and identifying opportunities to streamline and strengthen the end‑to‑end O2C process.
  • Ensuring effective change management and communication activities underpin all O2C initiatives.
  • Leading the organisation’s efforts to analyse the drivers of working capital performance, identify key levers for improvement and implement the resulting action plans.

About You

You’re an analytical, process‑driven professional with strong knowledge of Order to Cash operations and working capital performance. You excel at bringing structure and consistency to complex processes, and you have a natural ability to translate financial insights into practical improvement plans. You collaborate confidently with senior stakeholders and enjoy working at the intersection of systems, process design and financial performance. You’re motivated by creating scalable solutions that strengthen cash flow, improve controls and enhance operational efficiency.

  • A finance or transformation professional with strong knowledge of working capital, credit management or cash collection.
  • An individual with experience in ERP rollouts or process standardisation projects.
  • A clear communicator who can influence stakeholders across Finance, Customer Management and Operations.
  • A structured thinker who values documentation, governance and robust performance measurement.
