As a Learning & Development Partner, you will work in close partnership with HR and Team Leaders to shape and deliver learning that strengthens performance today and prepares us for the future. This is a highly collaborative role, working to identify capability needs, design practical development solutions and ensure learning is applied where it matters most. If you enjoy translating business challenges into meaningful development and seeing learning make a real difference, this role offers the opportunity to do exactly that.

Please note this role is offered as a Fixed Term Contract till 31st December 2027.

What You Will Be Doing
  • You will partner with Business Units to understand capability priorities and shape learning pathways aligned to the William Grant Way.
  • You’ll design and facilitate engaging learning, coach leaders and teams to embed new skills, and evaluate impact—ensuring development translates into performance and growth.
  • Day to day, you’ll embed competency frameworks, promote consistent use of L&D tools and processes, and provide practical facilitation and coaching support linked to performance management, leadership development and talent pipelines.
  • You’ll also collaborate with HR/Talent colleagues, manage suppliers as needed, and contribute to continuous improvement.

  • Experience in learning and development with a practical, business-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable using frameworks and structured approaches; curious about future skills.
