We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking HR Administration Team Leader to join our HR Operations team.
This is a unique opportunity to grow and shape a high-performing HR Administration team from the ground up, playing a key role in defining how HR services are delivered across the business.
You’ll lead the delivery of high-quality, efficient and compliant HR services across the employee lifecycle, while driving operational excellence, data integrity and continuous improvement.
You’ll also play a key role in supporting our transition to Success Factors, helping to embed new, streamlined ways of working across HR Operations.

- What you'll be doing
- Leading end-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle (from onboarding through to leaving), ensuring accuracy, quality and SLA delivery
- Building the HR Administration team, including shaping roles, ways of working and service standards
- Creating a high-performing, customer-focused team culture, with clear KPIs and performance expectations
- Overseeing the production of employment documentation, ensuring it is compliant, consistent and audit-ready
- Driving high standards of HR data quality and integrity, working closely with HR Systems to improve processes and workflows
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, internal policy and data protection requirements
- Acting as the escalation point for complex lifecycle queries and cases
- Partnering with HR colleagues globally to balance standardisation with in-country requirements
- Identifying and delivering continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service and employee experience.
- Our Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in HR Operations or HR Administration leadership
- Experience of building, shaping or transforming teams and services (highly desirable)
- Strong knowledge of the end-to-end employee lifecycle
- A track record of driving process improvement and operational excellence
- Experience managing HR data, systems and reporting with a focus on accuracy and control
- Good understanding of employment legislation and compliance requirements
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships
- A collaborative and proactive leader with a passion for developing people and improving service delivery
- Working knowledge of an HCM System (Success Factors, Workday, Oracle, UKG, Dayforce)
