William Grant & Sons is seeking a dynamic, forward‑thinking technology leader to elevate our global Technology Service function and support the growth of some of the world’s most iconic spirits brands. As Head of Technology – Service, you will steward a business‑critical technology estate—ensuring resilience, security and performance while driving modernisation and alignment with long-term corporate objectives.
You’ll lead high‑impact teams across applications and infrastructure, champion continuous improvement, and work closely with the Head of Technology – Delivery to ensure services evolve with the needs of the business. With deep experience across service operations, infrastructure, enterprise applications, integrations and cyber governance, you will be confident influencing at senior and Board level, inspiring teams and navigating a complex, global environment. What You Will Be Doing

About You
- Significant senior IT leadership experience (8–12 years).
- Skilled in modernising legacy estates and building forward‑looking roadmaps.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, integrations, infrastructure and service operations.
- Experienced in cyber security, data privacy, governance and compliance.
- Confident operating in cloud‑first environments with awareness of emerging technologies.
- Strategic, influential and customer‑focused, with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
