William Grant & Sons are currently recruiting for a Chef-de-Partie to join our Dufftown site, to support the Head Chef and hospitality team in the preparation and delivery of a high-quality catering experience to both our internal and external customers.

Main Responsibilities
The Chef-de-Partie\’s main responsibilities will be supporting the Head Chef with the planning, preparation and delivery of food service for a range of events for internal and external customers. Working closely as part of a team with the front of house restaurant team to ensure the delivery of a quality service in accordance with the Visitor Centre’s Canon standards is also a vital part of the role.
Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with previous experience of working as a Chef-de-Partie in a busy, high quality catering establishment. Who has the ability to work under pressure in a busy, fast paced environment whilst maintaining an eye for detail, staying calm and supporting others. Is passionate for continual improvement and possesses the ability to identify opportunities. Has a clear understanding of the requirements of food safety systems, documentation and legislation. And has obtained an Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate.
