We are seeking a Security Specialist to lead and evolve our corporate security framework. Based in Bellshill, this strategic role will shape our security culture, manage operational teams, and ensure our security provision aligns with organisational goals and global best practices.
Main Responsibility
- Manage UK and Ireland security teams (internal and contracted) across operational sites.
- Develop and lead the delivery of a corporate security framework, including operating principles, policies, processes, and risk management strategies.
- Design and implement security enhancements aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct risk and threat assessments across all UK and Ireland sites to drive risk reduction.
- Embed a proactive security culture through awareness programmes, audits, and reviews.
- Oversee outsourced manned guarding contracts, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with government agencies, industry bodies, and law enforcement.
- Lead investigations into security incidents and report findings and improvement opportunities to senior management.

- Proven experience in corporate security leadership, ideally within a multi-site operational environment.
- Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and security frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing outsourced security contracts.
- Ability to influence and embed cultural change across diverse teams.
- Relevant qualifications in security management or related discipline.
This role is deemed to be a security cleared role and falls under the remit of Known Consignor, regulated by the Civil Aviation Authority, as such there will be enhanced screening as part of the recruitment.
