We’re looking for a Maintenance Planning & Systems Leader to play a pivotal role in leading, developing, improving our maintenance planning and delivery systems. This is your opportunity to ensure our Asset care ways of working are executed flawlessly, compliant with all relevant legislation, and aligned with our commitment to excellence.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and lead maintenance teams in Asset care principles.
- Lead maintenance planning and systems support, ensuring compliance with standards and managing non-conformances.
- Develop and maintain planning, scheduling, and resource systems to optimise performance and minimise plant failures.
- Oversee materials and spares planning to meet operational demand within budget.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical analysis for fault trending and reliability improvements, supporting operational and non-operational teams.
- Champion safety, quality, and environmental compliance, implementing best practices and improvement initiatives.
- Drive energy efficiency and sustainability while enhancing maintenance processes and reliability techniques.
About You:
- Has strong leadership in maintenance planning and systems management within a complex manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Brings a deep understanding of compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in maintenance and engineering.
- Is skilled in resource planning, scheduling, and performance reporting, with a keen eye for detail and continuous improvement.
