We\’re now looking for a passionate and driven Logistics Specialist to join our Bellshill team and play a vital role in keeping our supply chain running smoothly. This is not your average logistics job it’s a chance to be part of a company that values tradition while embracing innovation. Based at our Bellshill site, you’ll be responsible for orchestrating the movement of our premium brands across domestic and international markets. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate shipments, optimise processes, and solve challenges with insight and agility.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing transportation and distribution schedules to meet service levels
- Managing our Freight forwarding 3PL’s to ensure high service levels
- Collaborating with warehouse, production, and customer service teams
- Monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement in logistics efficiency
- Staying ahead of industry trends to keep our supply chain sharp and future-ready
About You
You’re a logistics whizz with a knack for planning and a calm head in the face of complexity. You know your way around systems and bring a solution-focused mindset to the table. Whether you\’re juggling carriers or adjusting timelines, you’re confident, collaborative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in supply chain or logistics coordination, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing
- Strong analytical and communication skills
