The Opportunity

We are a family-owned Scottish company with a proud heritage and a portfolio of premium drinks brands enjoyed globally. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to lead on employee relations, drive data-led decision-making, and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across international markets. You will have the opportunity to help with shaping our people strategy and supporting the ongoing transformation of our HR systems and processes.

What you will be doing

Provide coaching and support to managers to build high-performing teams and lead employee relations matters with professionalism and integrity. Analyse HR data to generate insights and inform decisions.

Collaborate with global HR and business stakeholders to align initiatives. Drive improvements in HR systems, processes, and employee experience as part of project groups and also as part of continuous improvement. Support employee engagement, development, and contribute to the evolution of a modern, effective HR function.

About You

You will have proven HR experience, preferably within FMCG or a global, fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust will be key to the success of this role. Having an analytical mindset with a passion for using data to drive meaningful outcomes whilst being tenacious whilst we navigate moving towards improved systems and processes. You will be comfortable navigating change and committed to continuous improvement
