We’re looking for a sharp-minded Compliance and Quality Systems Adviser to be a key player in ensuring that every bottle we craft meets the standards our name is built on. Based in Bellshill, this role places you at the strategic crossroads of regulatory excellence and operational impact.
What you’ll be doing
- Maintain and enhance the site’s Quality Management System (QMS)
- Monitor and report compliance KPIs to internal teams and external regulators
- Lead audits and investigate non-conformances with precision and diplomacy
- Train and advise teams on GMP, internal standards, and change control protocols
- Support sustainability, food safety, and ISO-related initiatives
About You
- Experience in a regulated environment (e.g. food, beverage, pharma)
- Working knowledge of QMS platforms and compliance systems
- Strong interpersonal skills you know how to turn standards into everyday habits
- Ability to lead investigations and drive root cause analyses
- An eye for continuous improvement and lean-thinking approaches
- Qualifications in quality assurance, auditing, or food safety
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, HACCP, or similar standards
