Location We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to effectively oversee and manage a flagship workshop which is based in the Corby area of Northamptonshire. Candidates must be commutable
Salary 45-55K basic to start, NEG dependent on experience.
The role also comes with a 30% annual bonus scheme, contributory pension scheme, healthcare, 25 days that rise in service and much more.

Ideally you will have the following
The ideal candidate for this position would be time-served engineer that has some solid experience of Workshop and senior team-management. You will hold at present (or have held in the past) a similar post in the industry and will therefore be experienced in all aspects of service, health & safety, operations, machine preparation and general workshop management. In addition you will also have had some exposure to after sales, product support parts and warranty, contracts etc and will possess strong sales/customer focused ability.
Role Information The company require a Workshop Manager to help run a safe, efficient, compliant, and financially controlled workshop operation. This is a senior management position in the organization and a key appointment that will definitely open the door to internal progression opportunities
