32K Basic Plus Commission (OTE 40K year one)

This is a home based, field sales position. We are looking for candidates based in or around the North London and Hertfordshire Areas.

Salary: 32K Basic salary to start plus an excellent commission bonus structure of an extra 20% giving OTE around 40K in year one. The role also includes many additional benefits: new company vehicle, 25 days holiday plus all stats, Bupa healthcare, contributory pension and life assurance/critical illness cover, laptop, mobile etc. Rapid career progression is a key driver as the company are widely expanding and always promote from within, usually within 24 months maximum.

Role Information: This is a home based, field sales opportunity where the successful person would be required to target independent and end user customers in the automotive market sector.

You must have the following:

  • Ideally you would have some hands-on experience of using specialist tools within the automotive sector coupled with some form of customer facing or sales related work experience; although we are relatively open around someone having the right attributes.
  • You may also be someone who has some sales experience in the automotive industry with an interest in construction equipment or DIY, keen to look for a career with a global manufacturer; or alternatively someone from a construction product sales background.
  • Also we are open to considering Mechanics, Skilled builders or tradesmen familiar with tools who are looking to get into field sales.
