My client is looking for a Service Controller to be based at a flagship depot in Sittingbourne, Kent.

Salary: Huge package well above industry standard up to 42K basic to start plus additional bonus scheme. Additional incentives are also included such as a contributory pension scheme with life-assurance/illness cover, 25 days holiday, rapid career development opportunities, plus much more.

The Company: Part of a global organisation, the company specialise in the sale and distribution of capital equipment, construction machinery, cranes, forklift trucks and material handling solutions.

Experience: The ideal candidate for this position would have an aftermarket or service background from the heavy machinery industries, with significant experience in a similar controller position, be highly organised and possess a passion for customer service. Role Information: The company require a Service Coordinator for the branch in Bristol. The role will function to manage the flow of service support for customers in the UK region, scheduling maintenance, organising parts and technicians, handling service enquiries, liaising internally, handling enquiries, strengthening customer relationships and supporting ongoing sales.
