My client is looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to support, develop and grow customer accounts in the region. The role is primarily internally based therefore applicants will need to be within commutable distance to the area, which is the East side of Notts and the West side of Lincolnshire. It is envisaged that the successful candidate would graduate into field sales or product support within 12-18 months, so this is a great career opportunity.
Part of a large organisation, this company specialise in the distribution of earthmoving and construction machinery into the construction, waste/scrap, aggregate/quarrying, mining, demolition and related industries.
Salary: Up to 30K Basic salary to start with a great commission scheme giving a high earning potential of around 40K for the first year. The role includes other benefits such as a pension and paid holiday entitlement, but the major bonus on offer is the fast-track career progression.
Ideally you will have the following: We are completely open on product background; you do not need previous industry experience. What is most important here is attitude, mindset and self-motivation! The ideal candidate would be an enthusiastic, ambitious and driven self-starter who is keen to progress their career quickly with an expanding organisation and has some related experience in ANY type of sales or customer service discipline. This might be either inside sales, telesales, B2B sales, office management, outbound calling/call centre sales, customer service, retail or similar. In addition, you will be a strong communicator who thrives on a challenge and can work well under pressure in a busy sales/target driven environment.
