Workshop Service Engineer for Construction Machinery based in Kent. Excellent package up to £43,000 to start (45 hr) plus overtime, with OTE easily 50K plus, 25 days holiday, 6% pension scheme, tools, career progression and much more.

My client is looking for a workshop-based service engineer for a flagship branch in Kent. The role will entail carrying out service, maintenance, PDIs and repair work, with the possibility at times of some field work. The company is a global supplier of construction machinery, making this an exceptional career opportunity!

The company is a leading supplier of construction and plant equipment and has a national presence. Rapidly expanding, they are now looking to recruit new engineers into their team.

To be considered for the role, you must have a service engineering background, through qualification and experience, within a related field. Ideally, you will have worked on similar machinery such as excavators, dumpers, shovels, loaders, telehandlers etc., but candidates from a similar capital equipment background such as plant hire, material handling, agriculture machinery, powered access or similar may also be considered.

In addition, it is imperative that you bring a professional, motivated and conscientious approach to your work. It is envisaged that the role will lead to field and/or more senior specialist opportunities within 18 months.
