This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Marylebone, London. The Sales Associate will welcome customers, provide personal assistance, and guide them through product selection to meet their style and fit preferences. Daily responsibilities include:
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Replenishing stock
- Processing transactions
- Handling exchanges or returns
- Answering customer inquiries
- Supporting online order collections
- Keeping the sales floor clean and organised
Sales Associates work with the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver a consistently positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with a diverse customer base.
- Sales and retail skills, including experience in meeting targets, advising on product selection, and managing point-of-sale transactions.
- Basic merchandising and organisation skills, with attention to detail in maintaining displays, stock levels, and store presentation.
- Interest in menswear, fashion, and styling, with a willingness to develop product knowledge and stay current with trends.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work on-site full time, including weekends and peak trading periods as needed.
- Comfort using basic retail technology and systems; experience with Shopify is an advantage.
- Previous experience in retail.
