Actively participate in university/WC research programmes, fostering a culture of research and innovation. Play a pivotal role in the continuous improvement of teaching and learning standards, implementing, and monitoring the self-assessment process. Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement strategies. Possess a teaching qualification such as FHEA or PGCHE, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in teaching and learning. Master's degree and/or a PhD in the relevant area.
