Working closely with pastoral leaders, SEND, safeguarding and families, you will use a restorative approach to support students' academic, emotional and behavioural development.
The role involves planning and delivering targeted interventions, monitoring student progress, coordinating reintegration following suspensions and supporting whole-school behaviour strategies.
You will communicate effectively with students, staff, parents/carers and external agencies to ensure a joined-up approach for vulnerable and challenging students.
