We are partnered with an Asset Management firm in supporting with a key hire within their Marketing team. We're are seeking an individual with experience in the asset management Industry who will manage the day-to-day administration of Salesforce CRM and Account Engagement (Pardot), ensuring high data quality, an excellent user experience, and effective support for marketing and distribution teams within a boutique asset management business. Please note, this is a 6 month fixed term contract and will also be on a part-time basis (2or 3 days/ week)

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Salesforce CRM and Account Engagement (Pardot).
  • Manage users, permissions, security, and system access.
  • Maintain CRM data quality, governance, and best practices.
  • Configure Salesforce, including automation, workflows, and enhancements.
  • Build reports, dashboards, and campaign tracking solutions.
  • Support delivery of the Salesforce roadmap in partnership with a third-party agency.
  • Provide user support, training, and documentation.
  • Partner with marketing and distribution teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

  • Experience administering Salesforce CRM and Account Engagement (Pardot).
  • Strong Salesforce configuration, automation, and data management skills.
