The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are exclusively partnered with a Global Asset Manager to support with a new hire in their Marketing Operations function. This is a 12 month FTC that will focus on the production of presentation materials as well as contributing to numerous projects including product & client campaign launches, system upgrades & process / automation improvements.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with Product Marketing, Data and Legal teams to capture and prepare changes and or new materials.
- Ensure changes are implemented consistently and accurately across a breadth of materials.
- Fulfill orders for presentations & pitch materials
- Bespoke in layout and content often with tight deadlines.
- Edits and updates new data and content in presentation materials by gathering data from various industry-related online sources, proprietary systems and/or subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Reviews materials for accuracy. Escalates inaccuracies to the appropriate department.
- Formatting data, creating multilingual charts, and potentially suggesting better design layouts for published content to be easily produced in multiple languages.
- Collaborates with Marketing, Data Results or the supporting Investment functions to translate raw data, charts and research into practical and easy to use content.
- Monitors incoming presentation material orders in the client and material request database.
- Identifies and recommends material production process improvements
- Maintains and applies knowledge of the presentation materials and regulations to ensure legal compliance
Required Skillset
- At least 3 years of industry experience.
- Excellent knowledge & skills of MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel in production environment.
- Demonstrates proactive ability to collaborate and develop and maintain relationships with internal associates and external parties.
- Sound understanding of relevant financial products and ability to apply it to work assignments.
- Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills with a diverse group of associates and senior business leaders.
- Demonstrates strong desktop publishing potentially with some design experience.
