I’m working with a specialist asset manager who are looking to hire a Marketing Manager to join their team in London to cover a maternity leave on a 12-month FTC. The successful hire will have generalist marketing experience in the investment management industry and ideally previously managed a small team.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Head of Marketing to drive the global marketing strategy.
- Manage two junior team members including day-to-day work flow, ensuring their work meets deadlines.
- Plan and deliver events from end-to-end, both in-person and virtual.
- Build and deliver fully integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline.
- Develop the firm’s digital marketing efforts using the website, social media, email and marketing automation.
- Oversee the production of marketing literature including factsheets, presentations and flyers.
- Analyse and evaluate campaigns/events to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Ensure that all compliance procedures are met.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of marketing experience within the investment management industry.
- Prior coverage of institutional and/or wholesale channels.
- Understanding of the UK investment management market.
- Prior line management experience is preferred but not essential.
- An excellent project manager with strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong working knowledge of marketing and web analytics tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
