We are partnered with a leading global alternative investment manager hiring a Senior Fund Operations Lead to oversee the firm's growing range of evergreen products.
This is a high-profile position that sits at the intersection of product, operations, governance and regulatory oversight. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the continued expansion of the firm's private wealth platform and ensuring its evergreen fund range is positioned for scalable growth.
Please note: This role requires four days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operational management of the firm's ex-US evergreen products, partnering with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Support new product launches, share class launches and platform onboarding initiatives from both an operational and regulatory perspective.
- Drive process enhancements and infrastructure improvements to build scalable operating models.
- Lead oversight of key regulatory reporting requirements, including EMIR, PRIIPs, CSSF reporting and Annex IV.
- Manage and oversee third-party service providers, ensuring high standards of service delivery and governance.
- Partner closely with Portfolio Managers, Product Specialists to address the evolving needs of the evergreen product range.
- Coordinate governance activities, including board meeting preparation, oversight committees and commercial agreements.
- Support operational due diligence reviews, platform due diligence and answer investor queries relating to fund operations and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- 10β15 years' experience within fund/product operations or investment operations within asset management.
- Strong understanding of evergreen or UCITS fund structures.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the European regulatory landscape and associated reporting requirements.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Experience within private markets is advantageous but not essential.
- Degree educated and/or relevant industry qualifications preferred.
