We are working with a prestigious asset manager who are looking to hire an Institutional Sales Support Associate to join their London office. The successful hire will have a high level of visibility to senior management and institutional investors whilst supporting fundraising efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Organise and track meetings/conference calls.
  • Manage the production of client meeting materials.
  • Attend meetings with prospects, writing meeting notes and ensuring that follow-up is completed efficiently.
  • Carry out market research, identifying potential clients and suitable strategies.
  • Ensure RFPs are coordinated internally and contribute to final messaging.
  • Proactively cold call and develop sales opportunities where appropriate.
  • Liaise with internal groups and work collaboratively to ensure effective communication.

Requirements

  • Graduate with 1-4 years' experience in a similar role within asset management e.g. Sales Support, Client Services, Investor Relations, RFP.
  • Institutional experience within an investment management firm or investment consultant is essential.
  • Driven nature with desire to progress into frontline Sales.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills with high attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for financial markets.
  • Ability to perform under pressure.
