We are exclusively partnered with a global alternative investment manager seeking a Content & Communications Specialist to join its London office. This is a fast-paced, high-profile role that combines hands-on content creation with the opportunity to contribute to strategic communications initiatives across Europe.

Please note: This role requires five days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

  • Produce multi-channel content including executive communications, transaction announcements, social media content, thought leadership pieces, and digital communications.
  • Manage and develop content across owned channels including the website, social media platforms, video, and the intranet.
  • Generate and drive ideas for multimedia content initiatives, including video and podcast formats.
  • Partner with stakeholders across multiple geographies and lead efforts to evolve content development processes across the European region.
  • Collaborate with the wider Communications team on both proactive and reactive media engagement activities.
  • Respond to media enquiries, draft press materials, and support reputation management initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key journalists and media outlets.
  • Work closely with senior executives to prepare for media engagements and public-facing opportunities.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of relevant experience in content, communications, or journalism within the investment management industry.
  • Strong editorial capabilities with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with video editing would be advantageous.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders across multiple geographies and functions.
