William Blake Group in London is seeking an Acting Director, Legal & Compliance to lead UK regulatory and financial crime matters on a 12-15 month FTC.

The role combines senior oversight of SMF16/SMF17 with strategic guidance for cross-border funds and distribution.

You will partner with global stakeholders, manage a small compliance team, and deliver training while ensuring FCA requirements, UCITS, AIFMD, Mi FID and SFDR compliance across UK, Europe and the Middle East.
